Actually, I would have liked to give 0 stars. We ordered the pizza online over an hour in advance. We were there on time to pick up the pizza and had to wait another 50 minutes for the pizza to be ready. The employees were absolutely overwhelmed by the number of orders. A shame, but absolutely badly organized!

Unfortunately, after a long time, I had to subtract a star. The dish "Spaghetti" Bolognese is unfortunately no longer served with real spaghetti. It's okay, but then you shouldn't call it that. Last time I mentioned that I would like the pasta from the carbonara: D Unfortunately it was still nothing (Carbonara is available with "normal spaghetti") What a shame

The spaghetti was fresh and good, but the bolognese sauce was okay. Despite fewer guests, we waited an hour for the food. The pizzas looked tasty and neatly topped. Kind regards

Today we ordered the delivery for the second time. After everything went perfectly the first time, we were optimistic and unfortunately disappointed: instead of the agreed 35 minutes, we waited 70 minutes. You can still accept that if everything is otherwise good, but our pizza was ice cold and also delivered with the wrong additional topping. The tiramisu for dessert was soggy. All in all, not a culinary delight, so we prefer to order from the pizzeria around the corner. Too bad.

The service is always very friendly and the food delicious. Even in times of Corona there is a good concept and you feel comfortable and in good hands. The toilets are clean, as are the tables and the surroundings. Children are very welcome.

After our last visit, I unfortunately had to lower my rating by one star. Drinks unfortunately take a long time and the beer e.g. also doesn't really go down well anymore. We waited more than 15 minutes each for the second round of drinks (1 time it was only a coke in a bottle). So we gave ourselves a third round. Tables around us had a similar problem. The food was again very tasty and the service very friendly.

Very nice restaurant with lots of parking spaces in front of it. The selection is large and the pizzas in particular are huge. The staff is friendly, you are used as a customer. The quality of the food is good. Toilets are clean.

The food was good and tasted great! However, the service was underground. After 15 minutes the waitress noticed us after we were shown to the table by the usher. Then drinks and food were taken. After 40 minutes the main course came, which then noticed that she had forgotten our starter (was then canceled). We were asked after 5 minutes whether we liked it (we did), but then we were no longer seen. When we wanted to pay I had to look for the waitress in the shop and point it out with an arm sign. After that it took another 15 minutes until we actually paid. We decided to forego further drinks and dessert. Too bad. Unfortunately, the food alone doesn't make up for the visit. We will probably not eat again in Castrop. On the subject of Corona, you could see that kitchen staff were only weakly wearing mask protection and the menu cards were definitely not disinfected or exchanged in our presence. More sensitive people could be sensitive to this. The restaurant was between half and 2/3 full when we visited, so not necessarily too full to not pay enough attention to guests. PS: Other guests who came after us also had to wait up to 20 minutes before they received the card.

We sat in the shop on a normal Sunday evening. We ordered, and after a whopping 1.5 hours the food came. So far so good. Among other things, a pizza was ordered. However, one half was served with the statement that "it would have taken longer for a whole". But it was cut cleanly in the middle. Reorder drinks? Nothing. The shop wasn't even half full. Unfortunately, other customers felt the same way. What a shame...

In my opinion the most underground service far and wide, 40 minutes after the main course the dessert was served after repeated reminders! Drinks 25 minutes after ordering, the service was completely overwhelmed. Kitchen staff wears a mask and gloves, but it doesn’t help much if you write on your mobile phone while you are preparing food. Never again.

The food itself was okay, but only came after over an hour and only on request. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't quite hot anymore. Then didn't even give an excuse for the long wait. The second round of drinks didn't arrive at all. The service here has to be significantly better.

Unfortunately again a failure. Since Cafe de Sol was fully booked, we ended up here. Staff tried hard, waited over 1 hour for lukewarm pizzas and tomato soup was probably the tomato sauce for the pizza. For all of this, unfortunately, totally overpriced. Never again ...

Small mistake that caused us to wait a little longer for our food. Still full stars, since the service was great, apologized several times. As always, the food was very good.

Incomprehensible I was a guest in the house today and was downright shocked. Why? Quite easy: The pizza is huge and really delicious! It's actually worth the walk! BUT In an Italian-inspired gastronomy, some pseudo-Spanish Mallorca music is playing at an infernal volume and making conversations completely impossible! What do mariachi sounds have to do with Italians? My kids and I rushed to eat our food as quickly as possible just to get away from this row! Apart from the fact that there is no Diet Coke, only Coke Zero (tastes terrible). So if someone is in the mood for pizza, just pick them up, the food there becomes torture. And no - I'm not 74 and an unfair complainer, but only 44 and actually a pleasure eater who really appreciates cozy food and a relaxed end of the day, but here it is absolutely impossible.

From the allocation of the table, to the order at the table from a very, very courteous waiter to the food, simply TOP service !!!! The starter was perfect, the food was fantastic and the wine recommendation was really professional. Thank you very much, it was a wonderful evening for us and a successful birthday meal ❤ 10 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The ambience is very nice and the time from ordering to serving is perfect. The price is reasonable for the portions. The taste is simply super good. Unreservedly recommendable.

Absolutely OK, especially friendly service In response to the answer I would like to point out that we are a "fitness group" and like to end our meeting with a drink or snack after exercising. If the service remains at the high level and the prices are a little cheaper, the 5th star could quickly become a reality. PS: Has the pizza oven been repaired?

The food was not well-cooked and the purser obliged me to pay it and did not give me the chance to eat something else.

Unfortunately everything that could go wrong went wrong. Taking the order took a long time, waiting for delivery even longer, starter and main course came at the same time. Extra orders weren't delivered, and the doggy back never came. A bit disappointed, because the service was a lot better in the past. Let's hope it's just a one time failure 😉

Have not been there the first time, but as always was delicious 😋 and the service was nice and friendly. Because our pizza 🍕 cracked we were informed and apologized to us. Am there the ambience is also great. You do not realize that it is a chain, everyone makes an effort. Will definitely come back! Thank you! Can only recommend it.
